LO1 Indie Genre inspiration

Lego house- Ed Sheeran (2011)Music video Dierected by Jake Gosling UK: Warner Music group. Available at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4BLVznuWnU [last accessed:14/11/14]
The part I want to pastiche from this video is again the footage from the film i.e the actor/singer (Ed Sheeran) walking through the streets with a goal in mind, I would also like to have the same quality of footage that this music video had when the band was performing

counting stars-One Republic (2013) Music Video directed by Ryan Tedder. America: Black Rock Studio. Available at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hT_nvWreIhg [Last Accessed: 14/1/14]
The part I want to pastiche from this video is the energy and power that the music video presents to the viewer and I would also like to pastiche the variety of shots used i.e the different angles and shot types used in every scene of the music video.

Fix you-coldplay (2005)Music Video, Directed by Sophie Muller. Available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4V3Mo61fJM
The part I want to pastiche from this video is again the footage of the man walking down the streets but the main thing I would like to pastiche form this music video is the different shot types used throughout the video as they use a variety of camera angles and shots types.

Radioactive-Imagine dragons(2012)Music Video, Directed by Syndrome, Available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktvTqknDobU
The part I want to pastiche from this video is the scenes in which it cuts to the performance of the band as this would go well with our idea of a man walking down a street to meet his girlfriend as it would keep the viewer engaged and interested.

Follow Through-Gavin DeGraw(2003)Music video, Directed by Zach Braff,Available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftTfViVNwiM {14/11/14}
The part I want to pastiche from this video is the actual footage as it was just him walking through the streets as if he has somewhere to go, which was on of our original ideas. And this is a great example of how we wanted our music video to go.
